We recently did our annual trip to World Woods, something we have done for the past 15 years. As usual the service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. This year I decided to provide specific feedback on it rather than just think it. So I want to compliment you on the food service and particularly 2 of your employees, Bailey and the cook. David. They displayed all the important ingredients of good staff. They care, treat the golfers warmly, and competently provide service. They are a credit to your service.

Sonny – just a brief note to let you know that we just completed our 20th annual trip to World Woods (we started coming to Brooksville the year that World Woods opened)
We enjoyed 3 terrific days of golf and great food. Your specialty hamburgers were a huge hit with our 8-some (and Bailey was a delightful server over our 3 days).
We are looking forward to our 21st trip to Brooksville next year.

Our group ( 3 ) played the Pine Barrens on Dec 2nd. As always the course was great, staff A+, but we had an added bonus in your restaurant area. You have a special young lady taking great care of golfers who happen to be lucky enough to be around her. She did it ALL just right in customer service. No, she has not paid for this comment, she earned it.
She didn't just display personality, she oozed it.
Merry Christmas Bailey. May 2014 be something wonderful in your life's plateau.

I'm back in the office at work, but can't stop thinking about the great weekend trip to your wonderful club. Being lucky enough to make a hole-in-one was only part of the lasting memories. We couldn't stop talking about how friendly and welcoming all of you were and we will DEFINITELY be back!
Sonny....the food and your staff were outstanding and we wish our tee times worked out so that we could have eaten in your grill room versus on the course but we'll make up for it on our next visit.
Roger, Joe is the BEST starter I have ever encountered in my travels. You are VERY lucky to have him as part of your team and I thank you for your kindness in seeking me out after my ace. Can't wait to receive the plaque in the mail and proudly display it. Let me know when you are visiting Ponte Vedra.

July 13, 2013: I just wanted to take a moment and tell you about the great experience I had at your golf course.
On May 28, 2013, you hosted the Waddell & Reed Pro Pro Tournament for the WCC chapter of the NFPGA. I called you on short notice four days before the actual tournament, and asked for ideas on how I could help. I wanted to do something for the golfers, as an active sponsor, but needed guidance and ideas. You, being slammed in preparation for the tournament already, took time out of your busy day to take my call and work with me. You walked me through what to expect the day of the tournament, as well as painted a picture of what the golfers might appreciate most. You came up with a fantastic idea to have me "purchase 2 drinks" for each golfer, as they would be thirsty and hot. You advised me that the best time to do this would be at lunch because each golfer would have a chance to speak with me as well. This advice was invaluable! The event went off without a hitch. My presence was acceptable as well as encouraging to the golfers, and gave me a chance to put some faces to the names of the members. I will probably use this format for other future tournaments, and I wanted to extend my gratitude.
Also, I wanted to give some feedback on the clubhouse staff. Sonny was great. He sat and talked me through everything. He came up with a strategy for his wait staff, and they executed flawlessly. The food was fantastic! The pulled pork was tender, and sitting in that room for 3 hours all I heard over and over was how incredible the baked beans were. They did not disappoint.
Again, thank you for your hospitality. I would definitely be open to using your course again. If there is anything that I can do to reciprocate, please don't hesitate to ask.
May 29, 2013: Great Burger!
Mr. Miles, I was in with a foursome this past Monday (Memorial Day), and had an awesome burger at the clubhouse! It was the end of a perfect afternoon....after acing #16 on Pine Barrens! I promised our waitress that I would send you a note to let you know what a great experience we had...and to encourage you to keep that burger on the menu all the time. Here's to more aces and more burgers in the future! Eric
07/01/2013-As you may recall, my identical twin brother, Andy, and I recently visited World Woods for the first time. We were part of the J W Group that was with you all from Sunday, June 16 to Wednesday, June 19.
We just wanted to reach out and say thank you! Our stay was fantastic. From your initial recommendation of changing our lunch order from a regular burger to The Pines Barren Burger (I think I had 4 or 5 of them), to Bailey and Micki going above and beyond the call of duty either on the course or at lunch, to the beautiful golf courses that we played 6 rounds of golf on, our entire trip was second to none!
Thank you Sonny. To you and your staff, we appreciate the hospitality and we look forward to visiting World Woods again in the near future. We wish you and the entire World Woods Family the very best.
May 29, 2013- I just wanted to say thank you for everything you did last week to make our World Woods event run so smoothly. I heard nothing but praise about you and the lunch (great idea about serving on plates and calling from the tee in advance). Also, how organized everything was. I was very confident going in that you would take good care of everything and you absolutely delivered!

June 10, 2013- 5 of my friends and I played your beautiful course this past Friday and Saturday. It’s one of the nicer courses I have played and my playing partners agreed.
An even nicer experience was meeting and interacting with Bailey in the restaurant. Rarely do you come across such a nice, warm, and enthusiastic person. She could not have been more welcoming or helpful…. She’s a treat and a keeper.

June 11, 2013- My father and I came by last Friday and got to experience the new burger. We were amazed with the flavor and shocked that such a simple idea had never occurred to us. We have mentioned it to everyone we know and will make them at home as soon as possible. I sincerely appreciate you introducing us to the idea. Bailey deserves a lot of credit for her enthusiasm, smile, and welcome feeling she gave to us, not to mention the Bloody Mary.
Our only regret was that we had something come up on Saturday and couldn’t return before heading home.
